Great place to stay! Best hotel in the area. Call a couple weeks ahead and make a reservation. They fill their vacancy fast. Beds are amazing! I'd like to know what brand of mattresses they use.
I have been booking rooms at Back Country Inn for our employees working in the area for months now and have had nothing but good feedback from those employees. They love the clean rooms and I love the exceptional customer service!
Our home in the Norwood community is small without much room for guests. So when family members visited recently, we treated them to a room for a few days at the Back Country Inn. They loved it! It was convenient, comfortable, quiet & nicely decorated. They were delighted with the breakfast room & great choices for a quick easy bite before heading out for the day. The staff was very friendly & helpful too.
Arrived at midnight with reservations. We stayed in a"gold" room for two nights. Very nice, very clean, very appealing decor. Plenty of room, comfortable beds, plenty of linens. Clear instructions. Friendly staff. I was very impressed with this inn that is located in a small community in Colorado ski country. Close to Telluride. Small continental breakfast was good for me. I completely enjoyed my stay in the beautiful mountains and will stay here again when I return! Solid wood bathroom doors were a nice touch!
We needed a quick overnight on the way to Utah and this was a great little stop. Easy check-in and a decent breakfast provided. The coffee could be better but it looked like an easy set-up for the hosts to provide hot coffee on demand. Overall a good stay with clean rooms with mini-fridge and microwave provided.
Stayed 2 nights and enjoyed our stay will recommend to everyone. The staff was very courteous and friendly. It's a small town inn. Would give 10 stars they are very pleasant wasn't expecting breakfast but was still good. When we come back will stay with them again.
If we could give 6 stars we would, Chris one of the staff was so incredibly kind and helpful. This location is pretty isolated and we live in a heavily populated area normally so we were very unprepared before hand and scrambling to find a place to stay. He came up to the hotel to rent us a room after hours and helped us with a few other things that he definitely didn't have to. 6/5 for the service alone, and the views in the area are stunning. If you're in the area and need a place to stay you can't go wrong here
Immaculately clean plus my first stay in a motel with enough light in the room...overhead lights. Checked in on a Sunday in late September so there was an envelope left with key and receipt. Detailed instructions on contact info for owner, tv, wifi, and continental breakfast. Will definitely stay again when in the area. Wish more motels were like this one.
